Awesome Safari Company gets you close to the animals My husband and I took our first ever trip to Tanzania in October 2019. On our first safari in Africa we were apprehensive about getting confused, lost, and left to our own devices. We met Jadim Luangila at our first hotel in Arusha. He showed us the Landcruiser that was clean & comfortable and tough enough for the wild areas and rough roads ahead. It was just the three of us in the jeep for the whole safari. His English was great and in addition to growing up near the national parks, he was a trained biologist and botanist. He immediately put us at ease with his friendly, reassuring attitude and sense of humor. My favorite African animal is the cheetah and when we got to the Serengeti, I saw one within an hour of arriving in the park. That day we would see giraffe, lions, cape buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, hyena, hippos and a leopard up in a tree with her cub. On the way to the lodge we had a close encounter with a bull elephant and Jadim stayed with him as long as we could for photos before he threatened a charge at our vehicle. That evening we would sleep at a comfortable lodge with a great dinner buffet and Masai Mara dancers as entertainment. That was our safari: Everyday we went out for 4 hours early in the morning, came back for lunch at the lodge (or took it with us in the morning), and then went out for 3 hours in the afternoon to see wildlife and have a new adventure. I was awed by the beauty of it all and the sheer numbers of animals during the migration that was just beginning. It was the trip of a lifetime and very relaxing because Jadim had everything covered from beginning to end.

Friendly, Experienced, Knowledgeable, Jadim Luangila My wife and I took our first ever trip to Tanzania in November 2019. We had never been on safari, never been to Africa and weren’t sure what to expect. We met Jadim at our hotel in Arusha and climbed aboard the Toyota Landcruiser that would be our rolling observation post for the rest of our trip in Tanzania. As he confidently steered through the chaotic traffic of Arusha he explained in flawless English that he is a guide with decades of experience, university degrees in Botany, Biology and Wildlife Management. He immediately put us at ease with his friendly reassuring attitude. I told him that my solitary goal for the trip was to see an elephant. Within 24 hours we would come around a corner on the road through Lake Manyara park and there were 30 elephants, mothers, sisters and calves feeding on the reeds and acacia trees. As we watched in amazement elephants continued to wander into view. Before the end of that day we would see 80 elephants, along with lions, cape buffalo, baboons, blue monkeys, flamingos, Bush Buck, Dik Diks, Jackals, and a rainbow of waterfowl. This first day of safari was filled with amazing sights, Africa’s iconic wildlife in abundance from the comfort of our seats with running commentary from JD. His sharp eyes and experience with wildlife habitats led us to the best opportunities for spotting the animals we had come so far to see and he timed our arrivals for optimal viewing conditions. Our tours in Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire were every bit as exciting as that first day. We saw and got excellent pictures of all the “big five” African animals, stayed at comfortable and lodges with great amenities and food. I will never forget this first trip to the great continent and our helpful, experienced, knowledgeable guide. Highly Recommend JD!

Super Safari! Jadim was our guide to Lake Manyara, the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park. He is extremely patient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional and above all an amazing driver and guide. He is amazing at spotting wildlife and birds and there is very little he doesn’t know about these areas. He was great company and gave us amazing memories of our Tanzanian safari.

Star guide JD From the moment that we met JD we knew we were in for a treat! The nicest funniest gentleman you could ever meet! He had 5 inquisitive/demanding ladies asking questions constantly and we never stopped laughing. He now knows what Werthers originals are plus Rowntree fruit pastilles/wine guns and Cadbury milk chocolate… plus numerous English phases – especially the difference between a Bustard and Bastard. His widespread knowledge of fauna and flora is quite outstanding and his never ending patience with our questions was admirable! Would highly recommend booking JD as safari guide – we will miss him

My husband and I went on a Tanzania Safari to observe the wide array of wildlife. We are well-traveled and have taken guided tours all over the world. We would say, without hesitation, that Jadim was one of the very best guides we have had the pleasure to travel with. Jadim has a very broad and expansive knowledge of the animals that we saw, as well as of the terrain, of the people, and of the history of the areas we traveled. It was not just his knowledge and expertise as a driver that impressed us the most. Jadim has a very calm and patient presence and is so very kind. He made us feel relaxed and safe, even through the very exciting moments. And we saw an amazing array of animals! Elephants, lions, wildebeests, giraffes, impalas,baboons, and many others. Jadim would always make a great effort to get us as close as possible so we could get the best camera shots. We would most highly recommend this trip with Jadim as your guide. Tanzania safari In February 2019, I took a life-long dream trip to Tanzania. I was lucky to get Jadim as my guide through Serengeti, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro crater, and Tarangire National Parks. Jadim impressed me with his knowledge of animal behavior, terrain, and history of these parks. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in his company and comfortable with his pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend a trip to beautiful Tanzania!
